10 Day Highlights of Kenya Tour

Day 1 – Depart U.S.A.
Tour members meet for our overseas flight. After dinner is served, it’s time to sit back, relax, and enjoy the on-board entertainment to prepare for this exciting adventure of a lifetime.
Day 2 – Arrive Nairobi
We arrive at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport and are met by a representative of Real Africa and transferred to our city hotel for check-in. Overnight is at the Nairobi Serena Hotel.
Day 3 – Ol Pejeta Conservancy
This morning, we depart after breakfast and drive to Ol Pejeta Conservancy, arriving in time for lunch and check-in. Guests to Sweetwaters will enjoy the magnificent views across the plains to the snow-capped peaks of Mount Kenya. In the ranch, there is also a Chimpanzee Sanctuary and a sanctuary for the endangered black Rhino. The ranch boasts all the “Big 5” game reserve – Lion, Leopard, Rhino, Elephant, and Buffalo. It is also home to over 400 species of birds and a host of plains game. Dinner and overnight are at Sweet Waters Serena Camp.
Day 4 – Ol Pejeta Conservancy
We have a full day spent in Ol Pejeta which includes early morning and afternoon game drives in the conservancy. All meals and overnight are at Sweet Waters Serena Camp.
Day 5 – Ol Pejeta, Lake Nakuru National Park
After breakfast at the camp, we check-out and drive to Lake Nakuru National Park, arriving in time for check-in and lunch. In the afternoon, we enjoy game drives around the lake. Dinner and overnight are at Sarova Lion Hill Game Lodge.
Day 6 – Maasai Mara Game Reserve
We check-out after breakfast and drive to Maasai Mara Game Reserve, arriving in time for lunch at Sarova Mara Game Camp. After lunch, we proceed to our camp with game drives en route for check-in. Optional activity available: Balloon Safari over the Masai Mara at $595 USD per person. Dinner and overnight are at Mara Serena Lodge.
Day 7 – Maasai Mara Game Reserve
Today, we spend a full day game-viewing in the world-famous Maasai Mara National Reserve, which offers spectacular scenery and an abundance of game. All meals and overnight are at Mara Serena Lodge.
Day 8 – Mara, Nairobi
This morning, we have breakfast at the camp and check-out. Then, we join our driver guide and proceed for a visit to the Maasai Village. Later, we drive back to Nairobi and enjoy lunch at Tamambo Karen Blixen Restaurant. After lunch, we visit Karen Blixen Museum and Kazuri Beads Shop & Factory. We are then transferred to our hotel for check-in. Dinner and overnight are at Nairobi Serena Hotel.
Day 9 – Day Tour of Nairobi, Depart for U.S.A.
Breakfast is served at our hotel, and then we check-out to join our driver guide for our day tour visiting Daphne Sheldricks, Giraffe Centre with lunch at Carnivore. Later, we visit the Maasai Market for shopping. We are transferred to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for our evening flight to the States.
Day 10 – Arrive back in the U.S.A.
We arrive back in the U.S.A. today. At the close of an unforgettable tour, taking home wonderful memories.
